We are a team of high calibre independent solicitors at Principles Law.  
We have over 65 years of combined solid experience in all types of property matters including, but not limited to, acquisition, financing, development, lettings and disposal of all types of real estate, both residential and commercial.

We offer services in wills and probate and have extensive experience and expertise.

We can provide unrivalled litigation services. We cover a wide range of areas such as business disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, landlord and tenant advice, insolvency and general commercial disputes. We act for both companies and individuals.

We can advise in relation to corporate legal work such as the sale and purchase of private companies, private equity investment (including angel investment), joint ventures and M&A transactions.

We are very experienced in dealing with complex cases, HNW clients and high value real estate transactions.
